Cancel monthly subscription

I have been trying to cancel my monthly Adobe subscription which I no longer use. The manage your subscription bottom does not appear. Cancel subscription does not appear. Every month this subscription keeps getting renewed without my approval!

That is a cancelled subscription. That's why it offers you an option to resubscribe. If you think you are still paying for it, you either have another subscription on another Apple account, another subscription you took out some other way (in which case contact the app provider), or there is a problem that you will need to resolve by calling Apple Support
