The article About AirPrint - Apple Support has a list of printers supporting the AirPrint technology. These printer models should work with your iPad Pro. Just make sure that the printer and the iPad Pro are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).

I suggest that you take a look at the web sites/shops for some printer manufacturers. Choose a suitable model. Check that the printer is mentioned in the above list or is specifically guaranteed by the manufacturer to support AirPrint.
