Can't log in to Itunes

I can't log into itunes, my main issue is apple won't let me change my security questions, it keep saying they don't have enough information. Been in touch with apple and they couldn't help me . Feeling uptight now, by the way this is on a desktop thankyou . this is on windows 7

See How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support. Been a while since I helped someone do this but if I recall correctly you need to follow directions carefully and then be reasonably patient.
