Simple web design

I have a web site designed on iWeb but when I upgraded to a new MAC with macOS Catalina 10.15.7 I can no longer use iWeb.

What simple web design alternatives do you suggest?

Some options: https://alternativeto.net/software/iweb/

Sparkle might be the closest to what iWeb was.

DreamWeaver, if you have the budget and the time to learn that tool.

RapidWeaver or Sandvox.

Various hosting providers provide a package here, with hosting and editing and frameworks all provided. Wix is one of these.

Or learn HTML and CSS and use a text editor, if you’re inclined to revisit the original approach.
