Search for content and apps on Apple TV - Apple Support

In addition, it may be that the App Store has been moved to a folder. Please look in any folders you may have created to see if the App Store is in one of them and re-arrange as needed.

If you still can't find the App Store, then you will need to reset Apple TV and then set it up again.

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

The App Store is not available on Apple TV (3rd generation or earlier). Only the newer models have that.
