What shows on the screen shot , is activation lock is enabled on Mac disable it Activation Lock for Mac - Apple Support

Click on forgot Apple ID or password and follow the upcoming steps to reset the Apple ID password If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

You need correct answers for three respective questions , date of birth ( most important ) and rescue mail address and its password that are required in upcoming steps when secondary authentication account is set up in Mac .
