I have problems with my ID since I have 3 apple devices with the same ID but I do not remember my password and I cannot see the verification message since I have changed my phone number I only have it but it is asking me for a password I can not do anything help nor can I update my applications

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
