Is the Apple education discount available only on the iPad or the pencil as well?

I want to buy and ipad air 4 (256 gb) and a suitable apple pencil for it. It’s quite a lot of money, and i’m saving up for it since i don’t want to ask my parents and be a little independent. so i’ve been thinking of using the apple education discount for university students, but i was wondering whether the discount was available only on the ipad or the pencil as well? and how much would they discount me if the whole package of ipad and pencil in Europe costs 974 euro?
