My 1.5 year old son disabled my iphone. I have all the correct information like username and passwords is there any way can i enable it?

Unfortunately no. Once it's been disabled you need to restore it.
Hopefully you made backups of your data as this will wipe the phone.
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled -
