Hi. My daughter lost her phone. I cannot find her phone in find my. It’s iPhone 6. How I can locate where is hers phone? Thanks

To use FindMy, the device must be powered, connected to a network, and have FindMy enabled. If "send last location" was enabled, the last location will appear in FindMy for 24 hours. If you cannot see the phone online, one of those conditions has not been met.
Thanks for your reply. Somebody took it as it was online on Viber and then it was turned off. I cannot find it on find my. Is there any other way to find a phone? I have all details. Are my documents safe? Can they access phone ?
