Match and Library Sync does not work on MacBook Pro

Songs appear gray in Music despite turning Sync Library on and off. I have Match but it does not update on one Mac. What do I do?

Is the computer authorized for your Apple ID? See Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support. Is all of your music purchased, matched, or uploaded?
