MacBook Air (M1, 2020) freezes (especially audio breaks) when connecting charger

Hi,

I seem to have a problem with my MacBook Air (M1, 2020) which freezes immediately after connecting USB-C cable to charge it. Very annoying - the Mac seems to have a "shock" from the electricity coming in all of a sudden - if I'm just playing Spotify, the audio will break for a good minute, until it somehow catches up. If I'm zooming (and this is very annoying), the video freezes and audio breaks, then I'm usually unable to continue the call and need to restart the whole computer. This never happened to me with the good old MacBook Air 2017 and MagSafe. This happens nearly every time and only when connecting or disconnecting from charging, but usually gets worse when connecting (and doing something that is more demanding) on the computer.

Does anyone else has this issue?
