Stolen Credit Card

Someone stolen my credit card to purchase. I was canceled my credit card, but how come Apple keep charging me with my new card? I charged my credit twice already. And it showed a new charge again!!! I even called to Apple to check up who used my credit card number, but they told me they can't check it with my card number!!! Is that's why people can keep doing crime with your help?
