I had to unsubscribe Apple Music in order to change my region - but it's still active until my next renewal date.
1) While it's still active, can I not change my region? It says "You are still subscribing to Apple Music" when I try to switch a region
2) What would happen to all the music/playlists that I created with a previous region? Are they going to be deleted?
If anyone can answer these questions, that'll be appreciated.

Based on previous similar posts, the answer to (2) seems to be “Yes”. As for (1), best to cancel Apple Music now and await its expiry.
