Samsung Apple TV App

The Samsung Apple TV app won’t add library. I have tried signing out and back in with no luck, anyone have any ideas or ways to get the library to load?

Apple TV library not loading on Samsung TV appleTV app I just purchased a Samsung smart TV and I have a library of purchased and imported videos in my library on the Apple TV app. When I signed into the apple tv app on my samsung tv it says I have no videos in my library. I have done a reset/redownload/sign in multiple times and it doesn't work. I double checked to make sure I was using the right app and it's definitely the Apple TV app (not apple TV+) so the library should be available. Does anyone have a fix for this other than resetting and redownloading everything? Thank you!!

The library is for purchased and rented content, not for subscription content. Could that be it?
