Haven't seen this before. I'm trying to import a 15 second .mov file from a stock footage house. No problem working with it in FCPX or quicktime. But when I try to import it into Motion 5.4.7, I only seem to get the first 9 seconds. Anyone have this problem before? Thanks.

Sorry if this is too obvious, but: what is the duration of the Motion project that you are importing into?
The default duration for Motion projects is, I believe, 10 seconds.
You may select the project, open the Inspector, and change the duration:

Thanks Luis. Very helpful. I had seen 15 second duration but was clicked on the media itself, not the project. When I clicked on the Project, it said 10 seconds so I changed that and dragged out the end point and now it is all there. Thank you again.
