How do I locate my phone if it's lost and turn off

I misplaced my Iphone yesterday and it's not on therefore I can not locate it thru find my phone

You'll need to do it the old-fashioned way: go to the last place you remember seeing it and look. Retrace your steps, looking everyplace you've been.
