Safari not opening

This morning I tried logging into Safari on my 27 inch iMac running BigSur 11.5.2 it will not open to my default website or any other web site. I've verified that everything is up to date. I've tried restarting several times, even unplugged power cord but Safari will not open.

I have a strong internet connection and other programs such as photoshop will work.

I'm connected now on my MacBook pro.

Thank you all for any help you can provide.

I would first try a restart in the Safe Mode. Hold down the Shift key at startup. That often fixes a number of problems. Be patient as it can take up to 10 minutes while the OS is fixing things and cleaning its caches. I hope it works for you.
