If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

I deleted it but could you please tell me what caused it, is it some bug or security warnings

It occurred because you accepted an offer from a website to “Send Notifications” or other such freebies.
While there is no damage caused by such messages, they are a nuisance.
I’ve been getting these weird notifications lately and i’m sure what to do
