Itunes Album Artwork Mix Up

Why is The Album Artwork on my Music Albums keep changing on my iphone 8 Plus and my Ipad Pro? On my Pc All of my album Artwork is Correct but not on my devices. Is there a fix for this? If so Please Share.

Hi ericwh,

We're here to help with finding the best solution for your artwork. Since noticing this issue, have you tried to close the Music app using the steps in Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch. If so have you tried to Restart your iPhone? Are the songs added from Apple Music or do you sync the music using iTunes?

Please provide us as many information as possible.

Hi,

Thank You for responding. I use Itunes to sync my Music on my Ipad Pro and my Iphone 8 Plus. I don't use Apple Music because the last time i used it, it screwed up my whole library when i canceled the subscription. Music Albums that i have had for years disappeard and others albums had different album artwork or updated versions that i did not care for. Anyways, I Have The setting "Sync This Iphone Over Wi-Fi" checked. same with the Ipad Pro. I just don't understand Why this has become a problem on my devices..I have all of the correct album covers in Itunes on my pc. You would think that when they sync up everything would Match up. But they don't. If you need more info let me know...Thanks

Hi ericwh,

Thank you for sharing. We would recommend testing a bit further by removing all the music from your device that has incorrect album artwork. After completed, go to sync your music again and see if the album artwork continues to change. If this still changes with a fresh new sync, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support.
