I have over 3k owned movies on my first gen AppleTV 4k movies and all load fine there on my newer 4k apple tv it only shows family members.
I have reset I have signed in and out of iTunes and it will not load. I recall having this issue long ago and took ages for someone to fix this I have also seen other threads on this same topic.
Has anyone had luck with apple reaching out and fixing this issue?

Also have a large library that isn’t loading into the Library tab in any of the TV apps (iOS, TV OS, or Mac OS) This has been a problem since the TV app launched years ago. Can still watch through iTunes app on TV OS for now.
