My iPhone XR suddenly stops all the sounds like lock, keyboard etc. except phone ring and alarm. When I restart the phone then it works fine but after few hours it turns off the sound again.
Can someone help me to resolve this issue please.

1.Please check your ring/silent switch is on if your switch is in silent lock, keyboard sounds wont work
2.Try Hard reset
to do that Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button. try these and let me know

I have started restarting my phone every now and then. Whenever I restart the phone it works for sometimes and then again the same issue.
Can anyone from Apple community resolve this issue once and for all.
How shall I change the status of this post to become unresolved. My phone is facing the same issue. Whenever there is an update I do the update and after few days it again goes back to the same state where keyboard, lock etc does not produce any sound.
Alhamdulillaah, the issue has been resolved. I was facing this issue since 3-4 weeks now. However there was an update to my phone and after updating to 14.8, the issue is gone.
It is not on mute and I did the hard reset before but it didn’t resolve the issue.
The problem started again. I see all the sounds and settings but everything thing is correct.
