Cannot install MacOS 14.10

I am not able to install MacOS 14.10. This is a problem because whenever i try to download other programs either from Appstore or Safari, this message shows up: "You need MacOS 14.10 to install this product".

Please help me so that i am able to download for example OneNote to my Macbook Pro.

The Age of this computer will Govern what newer version of macOS it will Qualify to install. Use About this Mac from the Apple Icon on Desktop - the required Information will be there.

With the above information in-hand - follow this How to get old versions of macOS and verify what version this computer Qualifies to install. Make sure to use Only Safari to commence the download as Others may not work. Safari will open a redirect and open the Apple Store where you can commence the download. If an error message appears, that is probably because one is using another Browser.

And choose Mojave - it will be the last Full Version offered by Apple 10.14.6. There will be additional Security Updates there after still to be installed.

Make a Time Machine Backup Before attempting. Notation - Mojave is the Last version to support 32 bit applications / extensions and Drivers.

Are there any AntiVirus, Disk Cleaner, Optimizers, Un-installers, etc installed which should be removed as per Developers Instructions. They are useless, unneeded, cause havoc and interfere with the normal operation of the OS and may even Corrupt the OS requiring a Reinstallation

The age of your Mac determines what you can upgrade too. From your menu > About this Mac, note the information in the parenthesis on your product description line. Compare that to the Mojave hardware requirements in How to get old versions of macOS, when you visit that site strictly with the Safari browser. Your MacBook Pro must be a mid-2012 or later model to upgrade to macOS 10.14.6. If true, you can download the full Mojave installer from that preceding link.

Always a good idea to perform a last Time Machine backup before any upgrade.
