How to change my country/region.

Hi guys

i relocated from Nigeria to United States some months back. I noticed I can’t access some apps on apple store. I canceled my free 6months Apple Music subscription so I can be able to change my country/region but yet it’s still prompting me to cancel my Apple Music subscription even after I did.

plz what more can I do to change my apple store to United state region
