Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that you'd like to add apps to Face ID on your iPhone. We're happy to help.
When using apps that support Face ID you will be prompted to use Face ID to sign in. You can control the apps that have requested to use this feature in Settings > Face ID & Passcode. There is currently no option to manually add apps to Face ID. Take a look at the following resource for more information:
