IOS 14.8 Unavailable

Why isn’t IOS 14.8 available for my iPhone Xs Max?

It says 14.7 is the latest.

I tried with General Settings on iPhone and using Mac finder to check.

Check for a beta profile on the device, if found delete the profile and attempt the update again.
