The iPod Touch is the only iPod that Apple still produce. You can buy it from their high street stores or possibly online from Apple (if that service is available in your country).
Try an online search for buy an iPod Touch and clicking on the shopping results. There's no point in my providing a link because you will obviously want to buy locally to you, at least in your country.
Apple still produces and sells the iPod touch, but not other models; for these, check stores which sell secondhand Apple products.
