Is iPod classic still available?

This model has been discontinued for eight years. Even if you found a second-hand one from somewhere you would be likely to have difficulty syncing it: it probably wouldn't sync to present-day systems and the connector is also obsolete. You can still get iPod Touches, including reconditioned, from Apple - for the moment.

I have an iPod Classic that I use in my car. I can still sync it with iTunes on my PC.

FWIW the latest versions of iTunes and Music/Finder on Catalina or later are able to sync to iPod classic. The danger with buying second hand is that you cannot reliably assess the state of the hard drive before purchase, some may not be in the best of health.
