Carry-in repair.

Take your AirPods to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You’ll need your serial number, so be sure to bring your proof of purchase or original AirPods box along with your original AirPods. If you have AirPods or AirPods Pro, bring your Charging Case with you.

Mail-in repair:

Mail your AirPods to us with a prepaid shipping box provided by Apple. For AirPods or AirPods Pro, please include your Charging Case. You'll receive a letter from Apple with additional instructions.

Contact Apple Support.

You can also discuss your service options with an Apple Support advisor by phone. You'll need your serial number. For AirPods or AirPods Pro, you can find it on your Charging Case on the underside of the lid.
