Apple tv subscription- keeps requesting free trial

I have an apple tv subscription. Trying to watch on my Samsung galaxy via site sign on and it keeps suggesting I sign up for a free trial. I have a paid subscription that I am signed in so! Confirmed that via settings. I have watched from this device in the past. I selected free trial just to see what would happen and it's says I've already used one and should subscribe. Both things are true, I subscribed to free trial in the past and I've had a paid subscription now for about 2 years. Please help-

Verify that this subscription is still active on your Apple ID account. See you subscriptions overview - Apple

Else contact Apple Support. They could look at what is causing the blockage, if you can’t find it.
