I need to restore my iphone for which I need to turn off Find My. My iphone is not connecting to wifi or mobile data (hence the restore) so I can't turn it off from my phone settings because it won't accept my password while not being connected to the internet. I tried going onto icloud and manually removing my iphone (after switching my device off) but when i restart my iphone, Find My is back on again.
Please help!

If you don't have a WiFi connection and the phone isn't connected to the Internet, anything you do on iCloud can't be received by the phone.
