Your Keychain can be simply shared between all devices that are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID. You just need to enable Keychain in iCloud for each of your devices.
For iPad and iPhone:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Keychain > iCloud Keychain - set to ON
