Ok who ever hacked my account did hide my email and set it up so it will send to them and I try changing it and it won’t let me

Change the password on your Apple ID and enable 2 factor authentication.
It is very unlikely that your phone has been hacked. It sounds like your E-mail account is the problem. Change passwords on all accounts hacker might know or be able to guess.
