Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know what exactly is occurring.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.

2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you have troubleshot it thus far.
4. Proceed from there as necessary

When you say you don't have any sound, do you mean for everything, or just selected apps? Have you checked to make sure that the Mute Switch is not turned on? Have you checked the volume settings? What other troubleshooting have you tried?

What videos are not playing? Did you check the Mute Switch? Try power cycling the iPhone, and if that does not work, then force restart the iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
