Do not disturb is off
My do not disturb button is off but my I phone 12 mini still doesn't ring when it is locked. What do I do to turn it back on so my phone rings when the screen is locked?

Check to see if Mute Switch is turned on. Also, are these calls from Contacts, or unknown callers. If unknown callers, check to see if Silence Unknown Callers is turned on. Check the volume level as well. Do you hear other notifications, such as texts? If not, then I would say it is probably the Mute Switch.
