If Pages v11.1 (currently) is not installed on your macOS 11.5 system, you can get it from the Mac App Store by searching for Pages for Mac, and click Get. If there is an Open button instead, then it is already installed. If there is an Update button, then a newer version than Pages v11.1 has been made available (but not at this time).
