Sync ipod
I am trying to sync my ipod with Microsoft Windows but it won't sync or download iTunes

You cannot sync an iPod directly with Windows, instead you sync with iTunes.
Your post suggests that you have not yet managed to download iTunes onto your computer. If not, go to iTunes - Apple and download and then install it.
On that page, there is a link to the Microsoft Store, where you an download a version of iTunes (using the Get it from Microsoft button) . Alternatively, scroll down that page and beneath the picture find the heading Looking for other versions? text. Click on the Windows link.
