I use the early - 2015 MacBook Pro. It should have a internal microphone (it should. maybe not). Well, in the System Preferences, it only shows the external microphone. Even if I unplug everything except for the charger, it only shows the external microphone. So the microphone doesn't work. How do you fix this?

Resetting NVRAM could solve sound related issue.
Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, try to run Apple Diagnostics if it's an audio hardware related issue(VFF001, FVV002, and VFF003).
