Cannot download app store and keep loading

Does anyone have an issue with their new iphone 13 pro? I can't download the app from apps store and it keeps loading.

So far I already tried;

update the lates ios 15
wifi connection is okay
restart and sign out and sign apple id in 3 times

Please help me.

We see a few things happening in the screenshot you provided, along with some unclear details you provided, so let's start with confirming the following:

You mentioned already checking that your Wi-Fi connection is okay, but we do not understand exactly what this means. Did you mean you're able to browse the internet in Safari without any issues?
You also mentioned updating to the 'latest' iOS 15, but the latest version is iOS 15.0. As there are beta versions of iOS 15, we wanted to confirm if iOS 15.0 is the exact version number showing within Settings > General > About?
Does this occur with other apps you try downloading, or only Disney+?
