how to stop pop ups when clicking a link in emails

When I click on a link in email or chrome I get this annoing pop up box. How can I stop it ?

A simple “tap” should open the link. By contrast, a “long-touch” will open the Action Menu that you illustrate.

Tap and long-touch are two different gestures - with two different outcomes.
