Try a restart: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support


Then try: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support


If Wi-Fi (still) won’t enable, headed for a discussion with Apple. Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage.
