How to restore CONTACTS icon to home screen on iphoneXR

In the App Store, I can OPEN the Contacts ap, but no icloud download is offered.

Hey there!

It seems that the app may be hidden from the Home Screen. The good thing is, if an app that's installed on your phone is not on your Home Screen, it will be in the App Library.
