video slider not showing on Touch Bar

Good morning. When I play a video on my Macbook pro, the video slider used to show on the Touch Bar, but it no longer does. Why is that, and how can I fix it? Thanks and God bless!

You can try making changes

You can try a different browsers or different application and make changes to touchbar
