I have purchased an iPhone 13 but wonder if it is already unlocked or not?

If you paid full price and did not request a carrier service, then it should be an unlocked phone. Just be aware that if you send it overseas, there will not be any warranty coverage there. It would have to be returned for any repairs.

Did you buy an unlocked phone from Apple? What does it say at settings, general, about, carrier lock?
