I deleted my iCloud account after erase my old iphone6 , but it seem like i did not erase it correctly so I need to get my apple id back because i had problem with my old iphone6 i did not erase it correctly and now it asked me to enter my apple id again so could i get my apple id again to the life or there is another way to activate my iPhone so i could giving it away !!

if the Apple ID is deleted all devices with an Activation Lock associated with that Apple ID are bricked.
This case is warned about within the Apple ID deletion sequence.
Your only available option is a proof of original purchase from Apple showing the serial number.
Otherwise, recycle the iPhone.
