Hi,

If your Mac doesn't turn on - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, you'd better make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there.

Troubleshooting Mac Power:

A. Black Mac Screen:

Go Here: If your Mac doesn't Turn On or Start Up - Apple Support

Using External Devices: Try Resetting the SMC and NVRAM, but this time, using an external keyboard. Connect an external monitor and see if you get an output.

B. Mac Power Issues:

Try a New Charger:

If it is currently charging from a charger, then use a new charger:

Perhaps if we knew more than 'just those' words, some help may prevail.

[If yours is newer M1 Apple silicon SoC, you may try to use macOS recovery

and steps to various feature/functions to troubleshoot/resolve issues can

start out further within that article; to yet more stuff to learn & know.]

"If your Mac doesn't turn on" ~ topic thread linked to your question has

'secondary-portion' that should guide you to one of several conclusions.

Once through the steps and guidance provided there, if continuance is

necessary, follow through on next tread's instructions. I'd already made

a very complete reply to your topic today. -- Before I could post it "Live"

that thread was relocated: from MacBook ASC -to- MacBook/Air ASC.

[My reply's contents online, were lost by that action: No auto-save!!]

Thanks to how edits and relocated transitional replies to topics can be

lost; even while attempting duplicate constructs from skeletons online..

..About two hours has been lost on this one item. I'd prefer to do offline

chores; like laundry or cook supper. Instead of volunteering for ASC.

All my replies are from scratch, an exception may be an image/avatar; sometimes

my old Mac allows me to post. More often, it freezes me out, to force-quit-restart.

Good luck & happy trails!
