Safari updates

Can I upgrade Safari Version 11.1.2 (11605.3.8.1) on El Capitan since I can't upgrade any higher.

Hello. Apple does not have any Safari releases later than 11.1.2 available for OS X El Capitan. Your best option is to upgrade to a newer Mac or switch to a new web browser. Google Chrome, for example, still supports OS X El Capitan.
