how can I change my billing address?

I changed the payment method that I used, but it will not let me changing the billing address. I go on my Apple ID to try and change it but It says that apple does not allow me. I used to live in the United States but I have moved back to Greece and want to change address to the one that I am at currently. I tried downloading revolut App but it will not let me because of the problem with my billing address.

See: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods [mobile device, Mac, PC]

https://support.apple.com/HT201266

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

4. To update the address for a payment method, tap the payment method, then edit your information. Tapping the method should reveal details for that method including the billing address. You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.

5. Edit the method then tap Done

Older iOS versions may vary slightly in the way you get to a Manage Payments window to be able to select a particular card.

Did you do a proper country change?

This article describes how to change your country setting and the requirements and results of doing this:

Here are common issues and how to deal with them:

● Subscriptions

Make sure you have canceled all your subscriptions ( https://support.apple.com/HT202039 ). However, subscriptions will then still continue until the expiration date. You need to contact Apple and request any ongoing subscriptions you have be ended immediately if you do not want to wait until they expire naturally.

● Spend all your Apple ID balance

One way to zero your balance is to add a credit or debt card as a payment method to your Apple ID and buy items just in excess of your remaining Apple ID balance. This will use up all the balance and any remainder will get charged to the card.

The other way is to contact Apple and ask them to keep any remaining balance.

● Pending purchases and refunds

If you have pending purchases, or refunds in the process of being returned to you, you will have to wait until these clear.
