10/11/2021: How to disable/delete fonts

I have several fonts in my Font Book that I cannot disable or delete because they are grayed out. These Fonts are showing up in my Font List in Adobe Photoshop CC, and they are not in the list of Adobe fonts that I enabled. These fonts have symbols, rectangles, or squares and are not formatted into English text. I probably downloaded these fonts at one time, but now they show an error when I click on them if I try to use them...but again, in the font book, they are grayed out.? Confused. Thanks in advance for any help to remove them.

Here are a few screenshots examples of what I am trying to explain.

The below screenshot is from my photoshop CC Font list: (I am hoping there is someone who knows PS and MAC that can help me).
