I have a new phone number and my old phone number is used by someone else I cannot reach now. I don't remember my password when trying to log in to my apple id so to change my password and access my apple id account the only way is for apple to send that old phone a verification code. Because i don't have that old number i cant see it and am stuck. Please help!
If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
